A touch of mint is a refreshing way to brighten a glass of champagne or sparkling wine.

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon peppermint liqueur*
• champagne or sparkling wine
• small candy cane for garnish (optional)

Directions

Add 1 tablespoon peppermint liqueur to champagne flute. Fill with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a small candy cane, if desired.
