1 cup mini fresh mozzarella balls
2 tablespoons pesto (purchase prepared pesto; or, to make your own go to www.theyummylife.com/recipes/7)
cherry tomatoes (heirlooms for color variety, if available)
avocado, cut into cubes (other vegetables may be substituted)
In a small bowl, toss the mozzarella balls with the pesto. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least a half hour. Use cocktail toothpicks or small skewers to thread veggies and marinated mozzarella balls, alternating a mozzarella ball between each veggie--3 or 5 items per stick.
