I'm so excited to be doing a guest post today at Celebrations.com. Please hop over there to see my detailed step-by-step photos for making this yummy recipe for Autumn Spice Popcorn Mix. You'll be able to print the recipe there, too. While you're there, click around their website--it's loaded with ideas and resources for all kinds of celebrations. Party Central! I stop there on a regular basis to see what's new.

IT'S EASY! This recipe will be one of my favorites for fall entertaining this year; both because it is addictively delicious, and because it is SO EASY. Most caramel and candy corn recipes require fussing with a candy thermometer. Not this one. You won't believe how quickly this comes together. You can make batch after batch in a jiffy.

IT'S VERSATILE! You can eat it as illustrated in the top photo with a sweet crunchy coating of maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, pecans and pumpkin seeds. Totally yummy just like that. Or, you can drizzle it with chocolate and scatter on some orange sprinkles to make it more festive, as pictured below.

I did my own little taste test, and I honestly couldn't decide which version I liked better. I could eat myself sick on either one. (And, I did.)

GREAT FOR PARTY FOOD & GIFTS! Serve this at any autumn party, take it to work to share, or put it out at a football party. Bag it up for party favors, hostess gifts, or classroom treats. You can omit the nuts, by the way, if you're making it for kids who may not like all of the nuts in there.

Head over to my guest post now and see how easy it is to make
this yummy fall treat.

Now all you have to do is decide your favorite variety of this popcorn mix.

Decisions, decisions.

Thanks, Sheri! This recipe kind of reminds me of the Moose Munch we used to pig out on in Colorado. I honestly did almost make myself sick from sampling this as I was figuring out the recipe. Maybe I need to learn to try SMALLER samples. :-) Hmmmm....

Hi Maria! Now you've got me thinking about caramel apples! I haven't made any yet this year. I'm so glad apple season is here again. And, it's always popcorn season. :-)
